Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

ShieldSOS ships to all U.S. addresses via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days after order processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout. All shipping dates are estimates; ShieldSOS is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries, listed at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import costs. Shipping times vary (7-21 business days); ShieldSOS assumes no liability for customs delays, seizures, or lost packages. International orders ship at customer's risk.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as early as immediately and within 1-2 business days when stock is available. Backorders or supply chain disruptions may extend timelines without notice. ShieldSOS reserves the right to cancel orders or partial shipments at its discretion with refund to original payment method.

Shipping Costs & Risk

Customer pays all shipping charges, displayed at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to carrier. ShieldSOS is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages post-handover. File claims directly with carrier using any tracking provided.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking emails issue post-shipment. Verify address accuracy at checkout. Undeliverable packages incur return shipping fees. Signature confirmation applies to high-value orders at ShieldSOS's discretion.
