Refund Policy

Device Was Purchased Directly From ShieldSOS: ShieldSOS offers a 30-day money-back return policy for customers located in the United States. If you purchased your ShieldSOS device directly from us, you can return your device within 30 days of shipment for a refund. All returns are normally processed within 7-10 business days.

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@shieldsos.com. Please be prepared to provide Proof-of-Purchase / Receipts.

Device Was Purchased Through a 3rd Party: If you purchased a ShieldSOS device from a reseller, you are subject to their return policy, and we cannot accept any returns directly from them. You will need to contact the reseller from whom you purchased the ShieldSOS device to initiate the return or exchange.
