Return Policy Overview

If you purchased your device directly from ShieldSOS, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for U.S. customers. Eligible returns within 30 days of purchase qualify for a refund, less shipping, handling, and a $30 restocking fee, provided the product remains unopened and in new condition.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipping processing. Note that processing can occur immediately in certain cases; post-processing cancellations fall under our standard return policy.

Refund Processing

Returns within the 30-day standard period (from purchase date) are eligible for a refund, excluding shipping, handling, and restocking fees. Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days of receipt, contingent on items arriving unopened and in new condition.

Return Procedure

To qualify for a refund:

1. Contact customer service at refund@shieldsos.com or (888) 855-1628, Ext. 2.

2. Supply proof of purchase.

3. Ship device(s) and canister(s) in original, unopened condition using trackable shipping (we assume no liability for lost items).

4. Refunds remain subject to our sole discretion.

Third-Party Purchases

Devices bought from authorized resellers must be returned per their policy; ShieldSOS cannot process such returns directly. Contact your reseller to initiate your return or exchange.
