Getting Started With Your ShieldSOS™
Download App and Setup Account
If you donʼt have the app yet, scan the QR code to install it on your smartphone (iOS or Android). Log in or create an account, then follow prompts to add your device.
Activate and Charge Device
Remove the red safety tab from the back of the device. This shipping safety tab prevents accidental deployment during transit. Insert the included red stopper into the slot, then connect the device to power and charge it overnight before first use.
Mount Device Strategically
Choose a location (indoors/outdoors) near entry points, or key areas you need coverage. Secure the mount plate to the ceiling/wall with the included screw kit (with the arrow facing UP), then twist and lock the device and backplate into position with the lock screw.
